Treatment of waste at Loyal Polypack Pvt. Ltd. means recovery of waste, for which we, which renders it harmless, for final disposal. Waste treatment includes temporary storage but not collection and transportation of waste. Waste is temporarily stored when it later undergoes towards waste treatment process.
Waste treatment technology is divided into the following sub-categories:
1) Reuse / Recycling
Reuse term is applied when the additional use of product is intended; after it’s standard usage cycle. It does not include any manufacturing process, however, cleaning, repair orrefurbishing may be done for secondary usages.
Recycling is reuse of materials from scrap or otherwaste materials for the re-production. For the purpose of eco-efficiency, reporting companies contact us for recycling of the materials they have procured from us for recycling of the same.
2) Waste incineration
At Loyal Polypack Pvt. Ltd. we incineratethe waste; mineralizes it and reduces the volume of solidresiduals. It results in the output of "other" waste streams that are airemissions, ash, slag & heat etc., which are treatedadequately.
Vision for stepping into Flexible Packaging
During the course of organization’s vision to broaden the horizons, in year 2005 Mr. Upendra Gadhia, founder of Loyal Polypack Pvt. Ltd. group explored some project reports related to packaging industries into flexible packaging. As envisaged the growth was planned to be into packaging products itself, he witnessed a report published by “Centre for Polymer Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi,” (of April 2002) about “Life Cycle Analysis of PP-HDPE Woven Sacks vis-à-vis Jute/Paper Sacks in Terms of Environmental Studies”.
